The 325 Fundraising Campaign
The 325 Fundraising Campaign was created by Founder, Cali Gilbert to support five female entrepreneurs rebuild after losing businesses in the Pacific Palisades fires of January 2025. What's in a name? See below.
OUR FUNDRAISING GOAL - To raise at least $325,000 for these women over the course of the next three years. $250,000 will go directly to these women and be divided equally amongst them. The remaining $75,000 will go towards administrative costs over the course of the 36 months as Cali will be spending much more time in the affected areas and working one-on-one with each woman.
OUR APPROACH - Connect with 325 heart-centered entrepreneurs who will each donate $1,000 to the campaign over the course of the three-year period.
OUR FOUNDER'S CIRCLE - The first 10 women to donate will become members of our Founder's Circle and receive a host of benefits throughout the course of the campaign, including perks when we release our film about these women (advanced screening invites and goodie bags).
TIER SYSTEM - After we have named the 10 women who will be part of our Founder's Circle, the following donors will be placed in a tier category dependent on when they donate. Below you will see the breakdown of each tier category. Each category will also have special perks throughout the life of the campaign and EVERY SINGLE WOMAN will be listed in the credits of our film, PALIstrong: Women Rise to Rebuild Pacific Palisades.
